DOCUMENT STORAGE


The Wyastone Document Storage Facility has been set up as a service for local businesses and to support companies in Herefordshire, Monmouthshire and Gloucestershire. We understand that you are busy so we have made our pricing structure simple to follow with no hidden extras.

Our storage prices are based on standard archive boxes with an external dimension no greater that 430 mm x 350 mm x 270 mm and weighing no more than 16 kg. If your business is based within our three local counties we will collect direct from your office at no charge and bring your files to our storage depot. Boxes will then be coded and logged for identification before being placed in our secure facility. You will then be updated with the code / contents log for easy retrieval in the future.

Retrieval of your stored documents is simple. Email, Fax or Post your request to our Logistics Manager and the documents will be located and brought to your office.

Storage of 5 to 99 boxes £1.20 per box per month
Storage of 100 to 249 boxes £1.00 per box per month
Storage of more than 250 boxes £0.90 per box per month

Covered packing areas with vehicular access are available alternatively we can collect your items and pack them for you for a nominal additional charge.
