Wyastone Business ParkThe Wyastone Business Park provides customers with a fully specified, high quality office environment in a unique parkland setting. Our serviced offices can accommodate from one to sixty work stations and are available for immediate occupation on short term flexible licenses or medium term traditional leases. All have access to our central business services and benefit from the following advantages:

- Flexible agreements allowing licensees to expand or contract as required

- Low cost access to meeting rooms and conference facilities

Serviced clients are free from many problematic and time-consuming responsibilities including cleaning staff, negotiating with local authorities, fire officers, utility suppliers, repairs, security and extensive legal fees. These benefits are equally valuable to small businesses, larger companies looking to establish a regional office or overseas companies looking to establish a base in the UK.

BOARDROOM AND MEETING ROOMS
Meeting rooms can be booked through reception on an hourly, half-day or full day rate. They are equipped with flip chart, dry wipe boards and pens. Conference Calling and Data projectors can be arranged at an extra charge.

Meeting Room 2 - 8 - 10 people

Photocopying
A high quality A4 and A3 colour / Black and White Scanning, Printing and Copying Service is available to all clients via the Business PArk Administrator in reception
 
Document Printing
To support our record company activities we operate a full service Digital Print Suite which can satisfy all of your print requirements including business cards, letter head, posters, flyers, greeting cards and stickers. Telephone Answering Service
Each office is issued with a DDI (Direct Dialling Inwards) line, telephone and a voicemail service that can be accessed externally. If you are away from your office or would prefer to have your phones answered you can contract our Telephone Reception / Answering Service.

 

Postal and Parcel Services
Incoming post is collected direct from the sorting office and placed into client pigeon holes. We have a postal collection service at 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. For client convenience we offer a franking service. Letters and parcels can be franked with 1st class, 2nd class, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery post. We also maintain a full-time, experienced packing and despatch team on site. Please enquire at reception.
UK and International shipping of documents and packages can be arranged using FedEx, TNT, UPS and Business Post.

 

Storage
Storage Crates and Storage Lockers are available to hire on a weekly or monthly basis. Please discuss your requirements with the Business Centre Manager.

 

Fork Lift Truck
The Wyastone Business Park maintains a forklift truck and driver that can be made available to assist clients.

 

Refreshments and Catering
We work closely with a number of local catering partners to provide a wide range of hot and cold meals, sandwiches, snacks and cakes. We are able to provide a full range of refreshments and catering for your meeting or presentation. Individual requirements should be discussed with the Business Centre Manager on extension 3001 or email reception@wyastone.co.uk

 

Ancillary Services
We can also organise the following if required. Charges will apply:
Stationery purchasing – full range of office equipment and stationary items
Chauffeur / Limousine hire – airport, train stations, collecting clients or evenings out
Design work – brochures, business cards, corporate logos, adverts, letter heads, etc
Printing – catalogues, business cards, flyers and brochures. Small and large quantities
CD / DVD Production – Short run manufacturing, any quantity from 1 to 1,000
 
Helicopter landing with GPS coordinates
Virtual offices and mail box services
Conference facility for 500 in Wyastone Concert Hall
