Miguel Fleta 1922-1927
Miguel Fleta was a Spanish operatic tenor and despite his short stage career, lasting from 1919 to 1935, Fleta has been described as one of the most significant Iberian opera singers of the 20th century.
|Review||"... he left a legacy of recordings that hold a fascination for all those who are truly interested in classical singing. He possessed a voice seemingly full of expression, containing that emotive element the Italians refer to as morbidezza (tenderness) ... What was an exceptional voice and technique never fails to gain a warm and enthusiastic response when listened to by other singers, tenors in particular." Alan Bilgora|
