WYASTONE CONCERT HALL AND STUDIO - HIRE RATES

Hire is subject to Nimbus Foundation General Terms and Conditions. All charges subject to UK VAT at the Prevailing Rate.

For projects longer than four days or projects that will span a number of years please contact the Hall Administrator for a detailed quotation.

AUDIO RECORDINGS

Full day including Hall, Green Room area & Control Room

For 1 day £500

For 2 or more consecutive days £450 per day

A non-refundable deposit of 10% will be requested at the time of booking

A further 40% is due one month before booking

Final 50% is due immediately following the booking

For set up and tear down outside of hire period £45 per hour

Piano 1 £200 per day

PIANO TUNING *

Tuning of our Pianos is only provided via our contracted technition Philip Kennedy

Initial Tune / Tuning during booking £110 per tune

Daily Rate for Technician on Standby £350 per day

Half Daily Rate for Technician on Standby £175 per half day

* please note that there is a strict 7-day cancellation policy for any piano tuning booked

REMOVAL OF CHAIRS

Removal of chairs from hall prior to booking £75

Replacing of Chairs after booking £75
