Light Industrial Units at Wyatsone

We offer a range of small to medium workshop and storage units with access to a wide range of additional on site services. Some workshops have office suites adjoining and others can like to offices o#in obe of our other buildings via the CAT5 Network Backbone.

Full Access for all types of delivery or colelction vehicles, on site forklift, single phase and three phase elctricity plus a back up generator. Units available on short term 1 to 12 month licences or medium term 3 to 5 year traditional leases.

East Building

4 - East Building - 7,173 ft² (663.9 m²) Ground floor only

Eight offices for 1 to 6 people offices available on a fully Serviced licence from one month to twelve months.  

Eight workshops / storage units from 200 ft² (19 m²) to 700 ft² (65 m²) all with flat level access for pallet truck or sack truck. Available on a fully serviced licence from one month to twelve months.

Delivery area with goods access.

South Building

5 - South Building - 15,317 ft² (1422.98 m²) over two floors.

Eleven offices for 1 to 10 people offices available on a fully Serviced licence from one month to twelve months.  

Nine workshops / storage units from 200 ft² (19 m²) to 3400 ft²  (316 m²) all with flat level access for pallet truck or sack truck or access via goods lift. Available on on a traditional lease basis or flexible license agreement.

Terms and Conditions - Serviced occupation
Office, workshop and storage space is invoiced monthly in advance. All additional services must be booked and arranged via Reception or the Business Centre Manager. All services are invoiced weekly and are due for payment within 7 days end of month. Services are offered subject to availability. All prices are quoted ex VAT.
Offices are available on traditional lease basis or serviced office basis, furnished or unfurnished.

Due to the range of available suites the specification of each office may vary.
