Orquesta Cuba - Contradanzas & Danzones

The great popularity of the charanga orchestras is reflected in the huge amount of danzones composed for them. The selection made is based on the musical impact the recorded compositions has on the development of the charanga tradition, from the period of its rise to the golden age of this genre. We decided to include also the first chachachá, as a kind of natural ending to the era of the danzón.
